You are lucky to get one star. The letter was sent January 27th today is February 4th and still no letter. This is ridiculous. Please get back to me. When I punch in the number it's a still in transit

On my last two FedEx shipments there was no updates of shipping status from Saturday till early Wednesday. Not very helpful.

I ordered a package and it was a Christmas present. You let it sit in your facility for iver a month before finally shipping it. I still don't have it but iflts finally in Mo. I accused this company of being a scam and opened a PayPal dispute which is the only reason you got off your *ss and found it. My grandkids didn't get their present for Christmas and STILL haven't. Thanks a lot!!
