Musical instrument arrived and judging from the box it was thrown despite paying $129.00 to ship it. Delivery person did not wait long enough for me to get to door and I had to drive to Pacheco from Antioch to pick-up just to return it.

Recently, because of one of your drivers ringing my doorbell upon making a delivery, I was able to avoid a fraudulent purchase before it got too far along in the process. I think if all drivers, regardless of the company, would simply ring the bell to alert consumers of a delivery, a lot of fraud could be avoided. Kudos to your driver!
