my package just arrive south Africa yesterday date 17/12/2019 time 2:07pm and they are saying in the tracking clearance delay and it making me really scared ,please I need your help,please how long is it going to take for the review

I was told my package was returned to the seller not knowing that they delivered it to the apartment office. Even when I called fedex to confirm, I was told they have to return it to the seller due to the restrictions on the order.
