I will not use FedEx if I can keep from it. I have been waiting on a package & when they say it will be here it never arrives. I live in a apartment building & FedEx doesnt know how to use the intercom. When I get a text message when the package is to be delivered I go down to the lobby and sit for as long as 4 or 5 hours. Now, really should I have to do this to receive a package that is to be a Xmas present?? Totally disgusted with FedEx.

I don’t even want to give you one star, i was told my package would be there Friday it’s been sitting in champagne IL sense then.

Seriously? After waiting 10 hours for a promised delivery, I get word that it's not coming till next week!
