Absolutely the worst experience ever. My package was paid for an overnight delivery and because of weather it could not be delivered. I understand that. However, no one updated my delivery status and I sat at work all day waiting on it. Then a virtual customer service rep finally told me they would deliver it Friday. Now mind the fact I am off that day and I am again waiting for the delivery that their rep told me would be there. I check my status delivery and they changed the delivery to Mon, because the business hours were closed. No one called me, again. I was told it would be made right? Really, only to be told by the rep we don't deliver on the weekends and had I told them I would be there on Friday in "their notes" then it would have been delivered. Why wasn't it in the notes about the horrible customer service, or the fact they are supposed to make it right but then are blaming me that I didn't report something in their notes..... Unbelievable. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX again.....I wish there was a negative star for the review!!
