So far this is the first time using fedex and the tracking for my package is terrible, was Thursday delivery .. now it’s Friday and the last update somewhere in Illinois 12 hours ago. It’s 5:05 and I’ve no idea where my package is

Terrible customer service in Poland. Awful online tracking system. Zero updates about shipment and delivery. Nice customer service in USA.
