I want my old driver back! Supposedly had a package delivered today and guess what!?! It wasn't delivered to my home. Been here all day waiting.

Five stars, from a positive person. I live in a small rural town, and do not have a big shopping city near by. I get at least 3 deliveries a week from UPS, FedEx, and Post Office. What I find, is if you are kind and positive to your delivery guys, then in return they go out of their way to be kind and positive. I hear about complainers, and grumpy negative people having bad experiences... and I have to say that all you “1 star givers” should start being nice to people who serve you. This is absolutely annoying to see how battering some of you are to people who service our community. To all of the “1 star givers”, attempt to be nice to people for a change, and see how the kindness and good service is returned. You will be pleasantly surprised. Kindness does matter. In addition, try not to stress out about the time your package hits a certain city...this is in-needed stress. Just be patient, and surprise...it is at your door! Amazing and wonderful service from you all. Thanks!
