ETA Tracking is Way behind even approximate time. Last tracking time was 8:43 am, this morning, & it is now 12:15.pm. I would not call that "tracking"... not even a decent guesstament, just sometime today, maybe, at best.

I had to pay 85 dollars on 12/ 29 to have my package delivered 50 plus miles from my home. It was suppose to be next day. Here it is Jan. 2 and still no package at destination. Why did it go to Tennessee when going from Gainesville Fl to Jacksonville Fl. I am out raged!!
