I have waited for my package and called to find out wear it was and told me that they would call back with information on it. I let the shipper know how up set I am. It is now 22:30 on 8-17-2019. I was going to take my wife out for dinner tonight but have been waiting for my package that is still not here. If anyone asked me about your service I will say it's very poor and don't use them. No service for acerages in parkland county why am I paying courier rates to wind up using Canada Post? And then deliveries are delayed,.. TNT shipment tracking nos don't work :(

Never reattempted delivery of my package.
I wish companies would let customers choose who delivers their packages because I would never choose FedEx. Its attempt of my package was made August 14. I signed the the door tag as instructed. No reattempt on on the 15 or 16th. So now my husband and I have to drive 30 minutes away to get my package.This package is wristbands I ordered to support my coworker fighting cancer.

Would give 0 stars if i could Fedex forgot my package in their warehouse for a whole week and do not keep to their promises of on time delivery...will NEVER use them again!!!
