PKG was left on porch in the rain...bench within 1 foot of where PKG placed...took to walmart store for refund but refund not back on account in time for my grandsons Christmas present.

Transport time is horrible. My package arrived and sat in a city less than 15 minutes away for five days!!

Order was on its way. The order was returned to facility. This was in November. No one contacted me. I call reorder in December. Now Christmas and no package.
