A week ago I send a document to the Dominican Republic next day Express and we still waiting to be delivery. Is the worst delivery company I ever tried.

5 star...put in the number and it tells you exactly when it was delivered. Enough said.

Tracking says it arrived at the Temicula site, 15 miles from me yesterday. No the op1perator tells me it was sent to Onterio over 50 miles from me since then. WHAT!!! Then when I ask why I get switched to a survey. Grrrrrrr

Lousy service who leaves a package in front of a store on the side walk. And wrong store no less. I will never use fed ex ever again
