If I could give -1000 I would I was supposed to have a package from Fed ex on June 11 and June 12 apparently the only thing noted in the computer is the driver couldn’t find my address I live in a condo there is no gate packages are delivered here every single day I see tons of Amazon prime and UPS and Fed ex package is here this driver must be new or he was taking a nap I needed this by the 12th going on a work presentation on the 13th needed the information For my presentation now I’m going there empty-handed when I called FedEx they refuse to give me the phone number for sure for smart post and they told me that I have to tell the US Postoffice to tell smart post went to redeliver it like I really have time for that ?

You guys have a delivery Person that will Deliberately Will not deliver packagesfind his name David deliberately will not deliver packages to 1230 Oxnard boulevard. He needs to be fired. When I see him I will get his name and send a to fedex and also have a serious discussion with this unprofessional person Your company s**ks
