Really poor tracking info. Notice dropped in mail of delivery attempt with the "pick up from the collection point" box left empty. Seriously?

Every package I have recieved through this service has been delayed and has not arrived on time, worst courier service ever!!

Shouldv left parcel at the door. . Thats what couriers are supposed to do, aren’t they. . Another day late

Terrible communication from Fastway, 5 days late with delivery , delivered at an hour when no one was home and now can’t tell me where to collect my package from whilst sending me emails informing me to collect my package using a tracking number that doesn’t state an address . Ridiculous

always say can 't contact the owener, but never leave a message or card in the letter box just send back the parcel straight away

very bad service ! this morning when I rang up to ask the qestion of my parcel. I have been waiting for 15 mins.After somone pickup the phone,he say something but it was to noise, I can 't hear what he say ,than I ask me to say again, but he hangup the phone straight away !
