I had big problems locating my parcel because of fastway couriers not notifying me that they have my parcel no sms no notifying in anyway what so ever. Horrible experience caused by fastway

Very poor service as I have a package yet to be delivered which was meant to arrive on or before 18/8/19. Its now the 19/8/19. No status provided where the package is currently.

Local Fastway operation not helping to get my parcel to be delivered even after multiple phone calls on my behalf to fix the problem and multiple phone calls to Amazon would never use this company again
My parcel was held in sunshine coast, picked up by this company with confirmed and correct name, then lost, I'm told there was a problem and it was being returned to sender, I'm to fit the bill if i wnt it resent, if there was a problem, why do they now have it to return to sender, no phone calls, no messages, no emails or cards for pick up in the mailbox, extremely frustrated, over a month of waiting just for lack of communication and incompetence in staff, not happy at all.
My parcel with correct and confirmed name and address was picked up by this delivery company and lost from sunshine coast, i am to fit the bill if i want my parcel resent assuming they actually have it, no one contacted me regarding these problems, my parcel has just been returned to sender. Not a happy customer Angela

Order picked up 9-08-2019 and parcel was supposed to be delivered by 14-08-2019. Don't recommend at all very poor service.
2 weeks to get from one side of Australia to the other and 4 days after the end of the estimated time very poor tracking updates
