Bloody useless comes at least a week after expected delivery date...
Carton of wine a friend ordered as a present. Took 10 days from Sydney to Brisbane. Can understand a slight delay, but 10 days? I was home but delivery driver did not ring bell (we have app on phone that video records doorbell as well as “rings”us) so I know he didn’t try. He then literally dropped the clearly marked box stating wine, over the 6 foot high fence. Consequently I no longer have a full box of unbroken wine bottles, all are sticky and I have a mess to clean up too. This is not the first complaint I have about this company. In fact if I go to buy something and see that the couriers will be Fastway, I will buy elsewhere. I do NOT have one good thing to say about this company.
Terrible service, Slow delivery I wil not ever use this service again. I waited for over a week for some parts to be delivered from a store less than 30mins away. After 3 conversations on the phone Fastway could not even give me a delivery date even though I was informed that the parcel was still sitting in their depot. The staff member I spoke to was unfriendly, unhelpful and dismissive. In the end I had to drive to the store and buy a 2nd set of parts to get our car back on the road and have still not recieved the original parcel. Using Fastway will bring regret, do not use.
Parcel was collected on 17/04, now 24/04 and still hasn't been scanned since. Should change your name to slowway
Advised package was scanned in sydney, no updates for 7 days on package, then told they havent received package, 2 days later updated to say courier has package however still no delivery
No update tracking 3 days now
You guys are only two weeks behind in delivery not happy
Have had a delivery in transit since the 1st of April and still waiting absolutely really bad service not recommended to use this company

Ordered a package that was expected to be delivered on the 8th of April. Due to an unexpected error , I had to pay the additional fee to have it redelivered on the 14th. It has been 3 days since , and my package is still not here. I emailed and the responses have stopped. Disgusting.
Well you get what you pay for. Free shipping means you will get your package by Christmas, please note , delivery date is not the date you will get your package. Please be really patient and don't take time out of your day to receive your package. FASTWAY- CHANGING YOUR NAME DOENT CHANGE THE COMPANY CULTURE.
It is rare for a parcel to arrive, normally delivery is not attempted and goes straight to a newsagency which is 2.5km from my home. Notifications to collect from newsagency come sporadically including after I have collected the parcel. On calling to check deliveries, I have been sent evidence of deliveries that are not mine. On hold for ages. It would be quicker to write a list of what has gone well. That would be that one delivery was actually made to my address (however it was a heavy delivery and was left downstairs at my unit block at an entrance I don't use so I didn't see it and had to carry it up to my apartment- defeating half the purpose of getting it delivered.
