A review on your review system tried to give you no stars but apparently that is not an option so I'll give you 5 stars so people see it on the good end. Your service is dismal in absolutely every aspect.
Last parcel was delivered to an incorrect address and now an order I'm waiting on still hasn't arrived. Today is the last day for my item to arrive. I have absolutely no faith it will arrive at all. Even if it does it's going to be death knock for arrival time. I wish suppliers gave you a choice of delivery because I would never select fastway ever..........
Parcel has been delivered to a parcel point. No attempt was made to deliver this package to my home - no call was received through the intercom system to access the house for delivery at any stage.

Was expecting a parcel from Brisbane to Goldcoast on Wednesday. Tracking says it’s Still in transit between Brisbane and Gold Coast. No reply to me emails and the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. Still no answer on where my parcel is
