Half of star not a full one as parcels are always late.
I cringe every time I buy something online and they send using fastway. So so bad.
My package has been stuck at the Sydney depot since February 1. I've had goods be delivered from the USA quicker.

Definitely the slowest of any delivery company that has bought my products to me. Seems to of got so much worse since being sold to American interests. Borderline pathetic.
Never on time. Allways causing problems with deliveries. Worst service and customer care I have ever seen in a freight company and I wirked with alot of them domestic and international. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

Unable to find tracking info, no correspondence when enquiry made. Item late, was quoted 5 to 7 days, 9 business days so far and still can't find tracking info on their site. Still waiting.
The customer service is unprofessional and unethical. When you make contact with them to find out where your package is they try to charge you $2 for them to explain where your package is and the reason for its delay. Take responsibility for your companies ineffeicences and don't try and palm them off to the consumer.

Useless service...been waiting an age for a delivery. Can't get on contact with them. The one start you have to give to rate them is a lie. I wouldn't give them a start at all its too good for them.
