very bad service ! this morning when I rang up to ask the qestion of my parcel. I have been waiting for 15 mins.After somone pickup the phone,he say something but it was to noise, I can 't hear what he say ,than I ask me to say again, but he hangup the phone straight away !

I think they are irresponsible, inconsiderate not professional at all. First time in my life to have such a bad service from a delivery company. They had me waiting 2 full days, didn’t turn up or apologise. Went to collect the parcel in Jamison, it wasn’t there. Hopeless! Not communication-with the customer I am still waiting for my goods. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Terrible service!

Worst company ever. Don't leave cards advising attempted service. Drivers are rude. Organising delivery is a nightmare.

Fastaway tried to deliver Thursday. Left card to say had been taken to Parcel Collection point. Checked tracking on Saturday and there are no details of where to collect items and the items are not at my local collection point. Not at all happy with this service.
