Terrible communication from Fastway, 5 days late with delivery , delivered at an hour when no one was home and now can’t tell me where to collect my package from whilst sending me emails informing me to collect my package using a tracking number that doesn’t state an address . Ridiculous

always say can 't contact the owener, but never leave a message or card in the letter box just send back the parcel straight away

very bad service ! this morning when I rang up to ask the qestion of my parcel. I have been waiting for 15 mins.After somone pickup the phone,he say something but it was to noise, I can 't hear what he say ,than I ask me to say again, but he hangup the phone straight away !

I think they are irresponsible, inconsiderate not professional at all. First time in my life to have such a bad service from a delivery company. They had me waiting 2 full days, didn’t turn up or apologise. Went to collect the parcel in Jamison, it wasn’t there. Hopeless! Not communication-with the customer I am still waiting for my goods. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Terrible service!
