I am the owner of Exclusive Jewellery Worx and use Aramex for as long as i can remember. But now i am in doubts about Aramex couriers. I dropped my customers parcel on the 18/01/2021 and today it is the 25/01/2021 and she haven't received her parcel yet. i phoned Silverton Pretoria Branch and asked them why my customer haven't received her parcel yet. The Lady told me they are not working over weekends. So the 18/01/2021 was a Monday (how many weekends does Aramex have in a week of 7 days? Last Year i had 3 customers who was waiting for more than 2 weeks. I phoned them and asked them what the delay was, they couldn't give me an answer. Just said, they did phoned the customer. But the customer confirmed that she haven't received any calls from Aramex. Then the other biggest issues i have with Aramex, THEY DON'T ANSWER THEY'RE PHONES. don't blame covid because it was before covid.

Hey,since my parcel arrived SA on 26 October OR Tambo ,until now I did not yet receive it,I started getting worried, what a poor service,I will never trust you again with shipping,I ordered another parcel with another shipping courier,it took only 13 days to get to my hands.

The worst courier service, my parcel not picked up since 23 December 2020. Only this morning able to get through to the call centre. Locked my complained this morning at 8h00 with ref JNB/0121/308 and a promise that I will be contacted. No one came back to me! DBP46097664992.

I make skincare products and I have been sending parcels with you guy I have had to resend orders because they spilled but I had written fragile on the package ,I then ordered something n the sender sent with aramex the driver just rocked up at my home a instead of calling to let me know he is delivering but the package was written call the recipient when delivering he just went back without calling me I think that is very unprofessional

Aramex passed my parcel on to a third party delivery company so it is not possible to track it any longer. It was a Christmas present but the last tracking notification is for 23rd Dec. It is now the 30th Dec and no one knows where the parcel is. Extremely disappointing.
