Your service as a courier is absolutely pathetic, unable to confirm a delivery date and time. You expect people to be available for delivery as if those people have nothing else to do. This is my second similar experience out of two deliveries of which one is still undelivered. My rating is an absolute zero, simply because your rating scale does not make provision for negative ratings. Your system however does not allow a zero rating, therefor I rated 1 to get my message across. Absolutely pathetic and non existing service.

I’ve been trying to call Aramex from Friday the 8th of March. I held on for 12 minutes for the call to disconnect. I called again on the 9th to no avail. I called again today Monday the 11th. Held on for another 11minutes. The call was cut without me speaking to anyone. I will not be using Aramex anymore and I will spread the word.

When they come to deliver, they don't call or anything. Service was really disappointing. They just see everything is closed up and they leave.

Your services is bad for me cos since I send a package on the 01/03/19 upto date it's not received,I called your customer care center for the whole week n everyday im told your package will be delivered 16:30 till now they still delivering it.
