Very bad And poor service i have sent a parcel from JHB to DURBAN since the 10th March 2019 and today is the 21march my customer haven't received her parcel yet. When I'm phone Jhb office they say only Durban office can clear and explain the situation. With Durban i can't get hold of them on line for the past 3 days their phone rings with no answer. Very disappointed with this kind of service

I have been stuggeling now for two weeks, only to get my parcell trough customs. Aramax got me running in circles. Extremely frustrating. Mailing invoices and explanations over and over (no reason for complications). Really bad..

I was supposed to get my parcel on Tuesday when I tracked it i got "delivery date rescheduled" so much for overnight service i mean it was sent on Friday already

My parcel was collected from PostNet in Port Elizabeth on a Monday at about 2pm and it was delivered to my son in Johannesburg on the Tuesday at 12.15pm.
