My shipment received at aramex on 7th March 19 and I received msg on 25th March 19 that address required for delivery I called aramex on 28th to confirm my address If shipment is urgent?? Aramex shall call customer to confirm address for delivery

I bought an item in China had it shipped to Australia, with a post office address. Apparently they don’t deliver to post offices, so the courier found somewhere with the same number but no street mentioned in the same suburb, delivered it and now No delivery to me, someone else has my parcel to the value of $203. How thick can you be. I will not give one star and will make a complaint to Consumer Affairs.

This is rubbish ..i send the parcel to Nelspruit since Monday they just kept the parcel not delivery ... i dont use Aramex any more never never

This is the worst service my parcel just disappeared. I will make a conscious effort to always share my experiencewith aramex when it comes to courier services. Aramex south Africa is on some thug life. If u ever feel the need to lose your valuable items trust Aramex and send them to south Africa. That will be the last time you see them items.

I've decided to tell my suppliers to stop using Aramex my parcel from 21 I have not received it & it's also in convenient cz I must go to police station to collect my parcels whereas I wanted door to door that is very inconvenient for me

I have sent a parcel from Johannesburg to Eastern Cape Mthatha two weeks ago the parcel hasnt yet delivered I would like to know the whereabouts of the shipment or the parcel? The customer is complaining.

My parcel (44837423304) was agreed to be delivered after 7pm on 24/03/2019. The delivery staff who contacted me was very impolite, impatience & no manners. He was atthe apartment building already at 7:10pm. I asked him to give the parcel after 5minutes but refused & angrily said he will come the next day. I told him I will report his bad service behavior to your office. He mentioned his name & staff number, too fast for me to remember it. A very bad experience with your delivery staff. I don't deserve to get this type treatment from your staff.

I sent my parcel 14 march upto now it has no delivered they have it at Joburg headquarters that is the review it still say sorting for delivery the order that left from Durban to mafikeng . the customer is even trying to cancel the order
