I am awaiting my parcel. i was informed by the supplier that i will receive the package at the latest this morning. However now i see the message why not delivered is that i was unavailable. the only time i received a call that might have been from you, was on Tuesday morning. however i was not able to answer. if this call were from you, then i am quite disappointed because the caller did not leave me a message. so there were no way that i could know who the caller was as that number did not call me again. i would assume that a company doing deliveries should have a backup plan to get hold of the client, e.g. sms message, or call me at a different time to make an arrangement. but i received none. i also talked to a person in Nelspruit - the branch from where my package was send, who said that he will try to speed-up the process. i urgently need that package as i have expected it before this long weekend, and i would like to know when can i expect it.
