I have been awaiting my parcel since the 10th April 2019 and every time I call to enquire about the progress I'm told that I will be called back after 5 minutes.To date (17/04/2019),I have not received my parcel.The last person I was talking to was Zandile.I'm still waiting for her call. Your service is really bad.

Tracking service terrible and not available for calls, been on hold by an automated answering machine

Been waiting for a package from the 12th April, 5 days later still no show. Its been only dispatched from one depo to the next days after the poster sent it. Days later I'm still without it. It would have been easier to drive and get it myself

The worst service ever in the history of courier companies. My parcel was delivered a week back, we are going to the third week now and I haven’t received my parcel from this company. It’s the second time now and I won’t be using this company ever again for as long as I shall live
