Worst courier service ever! Lost parcel, no effort from their side. Countless calls made. Always told they will phone back and never does. Tells client to request CCTV footage from pnp store as they won't. So client must investigate why a parcel is lost. Pathetic!
Drivers always lie and say they have contacted customers and customers not available when they feel they cant deliver your parcel. Aramex is the worst courier company.
There communication is very bad
Still haven't received my parcel,2nd day to final destination which is 20km from from final sorting facilities.
My parcel was send last week Friday and even today I haven’t received it and I can’t even track it
I am still waiting for my parcel they r not bothered to deliver
