Absolutely liers, i was home in tracking they mentioned person was not at home and after wrong address. Very worried about my important stuff

How can I be not available when I am home waiting for the parcel which was supposed to be delivered at postnet in the first place. Your driver said he will deliver at my address as he did not have the right documents for postnet. Then your tracking site says I was not available.
