I am not pleased with the service, its been over a week and still haven't received my parcel as yet. To top everything, you are unreachable, one could hold the line for hours. the rating of 1 star is an understatement of how poor your service is. NO MORE IN MY LIFE WILL I USE AREMEX TO COURIER MY STUFF!

I sent my parcel on the 29th of May 2020...Last scanned on the 2nd of June. They drop the phone once they hear ur problem. Terrible poor service...they must just close this micky mouse.

Terrible service. Parcels were dispatched 9 June and arrived in Stellenbosch 12 June. We live 8 km from Stellenbosch and have not received yet 19 June? Tried calling and you wait for ever. Will not recommend them

Pathetic service, sent 2 parcels on the 10th June, today its the 18th and parcels have not been received and there is no information on the online tracking platform. Last time I use this.

I'm really disappointed my parcel sent by 6th of May and today is 18th of June and I'm still waiting. If I call they keep saying tomorrow.
