I'm really disappointed my parcel sent by 6th of May and today is 18th of June and I'm still waiting. If I call they keep saying tomorrow.

Tracking not "updated" in over four hours. Next day is clearly not happening. Call centre had us on hold for fifteen minutes and cut the call. Website is ineffective

Terrible service and communication abilities. A package sent by Zara on 9 June meant to be delivered by 15 June is still not in transit. You guys are pathetic

Inconvenient, does not respond or return calls....takes forever to deliver an overnight deliver. BAD BAD BAD and USELESS. I'm never using it again
