Having a very bad experience with Aramex, it has been saying my parcel is out for delivery for the past three days and I have not recieved it . I tried calling and they keep on promising on delivery but they don't... poor service

I still haven't received my parcel. The person that sent it to Aramex for me to receive said it takes 3-5 days for them to deliver but I still haven't received it..

Most incompetent and pathetic service received. Was told by Postnet Northmead a parcel can be couriered overnight - paid a fee for overnight now 3 days later the parcel has still not reached its destination. CEO of Aramex Andy was emailed he does not even read or respond to emails. Constant follow-ups from my side with Postnet just to be told we are looking into this and we will get back that is the excuse for the past 2 days and still not response. I am fed-up will never recommend Postnet or Aramex to anyone. Worst delivery service ever received - 3days later and still no overnight parcel delivered to my CEO. Promises and more promises from Postnet but no action. Pathetic service from both parties
