I still haven't received my parcel. The person that sent it to Aramex for me to receive said it takes 3-5 days for them to deliver but I still haven't received it..

I've been waiting for my parcel since tuesday 20th may 2020 but my parcel is still at Johannesburg..when m i gonna get it....m at bochum ....

Most incompetent and pathetic service received. Was told by Postnet Northmead a parcel can be couriered overnight - paid a fee for overnight now 3 days later the parcel has still not reached its destination. CEO of Aramex Andy was emailed he does not even read or respond to emails. Constant follow-ups from my side with Postnet just to be told we are looking into this and we will get back that is the excuse for the past 2 days and still not response. I am fed-up will never recommend Postnet or Aramex to anyone. Worst delivery service ever received - 3days later and still no overnight parcel delivered to my CEO. Promises and more promises from Postnet but no action. Pathetic service from both parties

No more. Your service is the worst ever. Ppl can die waiting for medication. We're told it's overnight delivery but it's already 3days.

Worst service. Sent emergency medication to my husband on the 19/5, today he hasn't received it yet 22/5.
