You are not even communicating with me so that I have an idea as to when to expect the delivery I would actually give you a zero rating as you render an incompetent service. Very irritated with you

On Monday 4 May l posted 2 parcels in East London n, destination Durban. One parcel was delivered, but not the second one. It is now Thursday, 14 May. This has never happened before and is very disappointing. Please follow up: DBP44145075615. There are are only electronic messages on the phone.

Very disappointed in this courier, I still haven't received my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday to my house and when I try to track the parcel I dont the tracking service is just a big joke ,it only tells me my parcel was picked up from the sender but it doesn't tell me where my parcel is currently.
