On Monday 4 May l posted 2 parcels in East London n, destination Durban. One parcel was delivered, but not the second one. It is now Thursday, 14 May. This has never happened before and is very disappointing. Please follow up: DBP44145075615. There are are only electronic messages on the phone.

Very disappointed in this courier, I still haven't received my parcel which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday to my house and when I try to track the parcel I dont the tracking service is just a big joke ,it only tells me my parcel was picked up from the sender but it doesn't tell me where my parcel is currently.

The delivery was very quick. However, tha delivery man was very, very rude. The delivery was expected before lockdown. Now that we are at level 4, some of us are not at work. That means a different delivery address. The courier services must take note of that.
