Only rating 1 star because I cannot submit my review without any stars...Very disappointing with this delivery service. My address didn't state the company name but clearly states the Block and the driver went to the wrong address and apparently couldn't phone because he didn't have service because of load shedding and we didn't load shed today.............by far the worst service I received from a delivery service. I will definitely not use Aramex for personal deliveries.

Service is very poor. Had to go to their offices to check and get updates for the package that arrived on the 27th of January 2020. Paid for the package, no feedback on package then drive again to their offices only to be told by the receptionist that my payment means nothing to her, what a nerve. Only after I had spoken to Thozamile, the package was then delivered on the 12th of February2020.
Not a happy chappy Received an sms from Aramex this morning before 9am that they will deliver before 12 today. Its 17.45 and still nothing. I saw a van from Aramex across the road at a neighbour and i thought the driver had the wrong address. Not so, my neighbour had a delivery too. So where's my delivery - same area? My neighbour
My parcel has been sitting with you guys for 12 hours!!!!! I placed an order on Friday already. Still nothing till now. Why dont u guys just come abd drop it off man
