Service is very poor. Had to go to their offices to check and get updates for the package that arrived on the 27th of January 2020. Paid for the package, no feedback on package then drive again to their offices only to be told by the receptionist that my payment means nothing to her, what a nerve. Only after I had spoken to Thozamile, the package was then delivered on the 12th of February2020.

Not a happy chappy Received an sms from Aramex this morning before 9am that they will deliver before 12 today. Its 17.45 and still nothing.
