Very dissapointed in service.... Over night.... No 2 working days later and still not delivered. I phoned them and Jack should phone me back but still did not phone. Will never ever use there services again. Hope to be addressed about this poor service... And answers. Rating 0

Am so disappointed at this courier when I tracked my parcel it says it has arrived at its destination at 08:10 in the morning whereas I spent the whole day waiting for it. It was never delivered these guys are bunch of liar. The parcel left Cape Town on Thursday.and was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I ask myself what if it was an urgent medication.

Aramex 's standard is decreasing was send a parcel from capetown to midrand from the 9th september till now the status is still on the way to destination.Phoned two calls so far with no help . yesterday someone said it will arrive end of the day today same story give me your number will give it to our agent. AAAAAAA whats happening Aramex you used to be good
