Aramex 's standard is decreasing was send a parcel from capetown to midrand from the 9th september till now the status is still on the way to destination.Phoned two calls so far with no help . yesterday someone said it will arrive end of the day today same story give me your number will give it to our agent. AAAAAAA whats happening Aramex you used to be good
Your service is pathetic!!!
I experienced two stressful weeks because of this unprofessional company! I was calling their call centre every single day who had no clue where my package was. Tried their online customer service which never ever responds! Did everything I could calling their agencies in both and Morocco then after more than two weeks I found out that my package is with UPS that Aramex provided them with the wrong address!! So paid the cost of my package which is an evening dress, then paid $100 to Aramex and now I have to pay an additional £65 as a customer duty!! Woow what a deal!! So please everyone avoid this company everything is just fake and once you have an issue nobody is there to help or assist you, please be aware!

Poor service!! The worse ever !! Do not use if you are in a distant location. They use agents from big cities to smaller towns and you wait forever for your parcels !
