The shipment sat in the terminal 15mile away from me for 4 days before they put it on the truck and I still don’t have it! YRC wanted me to pick it up at their facilities if I wanted faster....don’t use this company! They don’t care about your shipment just money........

Communication is their biggest problem can't track things across the border they don't make a solid effort getting a hold of someone can be very frustrating sometimes for an hour

Has taken over a month to ship out an item that was in stock

Doesn't allow detaied trscking. I have no idea where my shipped article is. I only know when and where it was shipped from and an expected delivery date. It was shipped once previously and then shipped back to the vendor because the driver couldn’t find the address. I received no notification of this. Had to make several phone calls to find out what was happening. Really poor customer service!
