I haven't received my parcel even though its meant to have been delivered!

I ordered on November 15th and I'm still waiting and it still hasn't arrived. Even though I have been sending my address for seven days today, they keep saying that we need your address information and making fun of people.

Driver broke my gate lock by ragging on it. Instead of putting the parcel down and opening the gate. Used brute force and broke the lock. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

If only you could speak to someone instead of ridiculous chat, parcels might arrive - USELESS

They don't inform you when they are delivering...cant be in if you don't know your coming.. useless.

The most terrible service ever. They have lost my parcel, because apparently courier "delivered" it to a "safe" place God knows where and I have never seen my parcel. Courier didn't bother to leave a card either. I have found out that my parcel from ebay has been lost 6 days later!
