Crp service, waiting in for collection, nobody knocked then found calling card to say I missed you, still waiting for package to be collected. Time for collection given as 9.00am onwards is not on. Will never use Yodel myself and if I sell something and the buyer wants to use yodel I will tell them to use another carrier. Trying to contact yodel to speak to someone is the worst I have ever come across, all automated and very expensive. Definitely a company not to be recommended.

Delivery out with driver on Saturday 9th March 2019. Stayed in all day. Not delivered. Updated to Sunday. Stayed in . Not delivered. Well, there's poor service and no service. This company should not be used by any supplier as it will give them a bad name. Would not recommend. Unfortunately you can't give a no star rating.

10 days passed the original delivery time and still no parcel. Phoned the number and an automated woman told me they didn’t recognise my tracking number. I tried multiple times. Very poor disgusting service.
