This is a complete farse ..what's the point of tracking when you can't track ...put number in and nothing which to blame there driver or yodel

Crp service, waiting in for collection, nobody knocked then found calling card to say I missed you, still waiting for package to be collected. Time for collection given as 9.00am onwards is not on. Will never use Yodel myself and if I sell something and the buyer wants to use yodel I will tell them to use another carrier. Trying to contact yodel to speak to someone is the worst I have ever come across, all automated and very expensive. Definitely a company not to be recommended.

Been waiting for my sofas 2weeks late one day tracking number works saying pm not day doesn't reconise number give up absolutely useless been on Web chat no anwsers
