Terrible service, supposed to have next day delivery for a vacuum I bought, that was 2 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking says tried to deliver and left a calling card, but I was in all day and nobody tried to deliver it, they also had my mobile number and no calling card which suggests this was never even attempted to be delivered. I wouldn't bother using this "service".

paid for 48 hour delivery and still no delivery .. 4 days later ...yodel has to be the worse delivery company out there. when you go to find their office in Aberdeen it's no longer there . you take a day off work waiting for the parcel and it's a no show.. utter rubbish customer care ...
