Parcel never arrived. Tracking says it was delivered to a safe place but the detailed report says it was last noted with the driver. No stars awarded but you can't submit a review without giving at least one!!

Parcel arrived at Yodel 17th May 19 apparently out with driver!!!!! 11 days later still no sign of delivery. Poor poor poor service !!!!

My parcel has been at the local sorting office for almost 2 weeks. I've been twice given false delivery dates and now I haven't heard anything for almost a week. I'm sure servicd could be any poorer.

Impossible to speak to anyone, impossible to track delivery as it never updates. Cant understand why people would use such a poor performing courier.

Got an email to say my parcel has been delivered not to my address it's not been at home all day just think people are stupid will see if the parcel arrives tomorrow really grudge leaving 1 star should be none
