Simply the worst couriers ever. I'm waiting on parcels from this lot they're saying they've tried to deliver one of them already but that's a lie I and my kid we're in all day I want to give no stars they are useless

Absolutely awful - 3 weeks waiting on a parcel that is sat in their depot 10 mins from the house! So frustrating!!!

My parcel was supposed to arrive on Monday however it is now Friday and still haven't received anything and no contact at all. Been trying to contact them with no luck !!! Automated call is absolutely useless
