Yodel left a card when they couldn't deliver because no-one was home Entered the number into the tracking system - number not recognised. It's on Yodel the card so why not. Called their helpline number waited 9 minutes before the call was answered, no-one spoke and they dropped the call. USELESS. USELESS. USELESS igave them a 1 star rating because the App would not allow no stars

Item not delivered and they have said it's delivered. No card was left so don't even know where to start

Was ment to be delivered 9:45am. It's 6:30pm and no sign of it!

Every time im out & a parcel comes yodel send the same txt out parcel left with neighbor card left this is not the case as there has never been a card left just have to call them this is not good at all

Got a message that parcel delivered past 7pm but I was home and a parcel nowhere to be seen. Contacted the Ebay seller immediately, waiting for reply... hate them rubbish couriers, especially whrn you are waiting for something important...
