Today I should of received a parcel and it says that the tracking info was last updated 3 days ago with the text "Your parcel will be with us soon". Not sure if it will arrive or not, still waiting.

The worse delivery company, and the tracking provided do not show much details. I wish this company to disappear

Parcel delivered to wrong address approx half a mile away. Luckily the resident very kindly delivered it to me.

It says my parcel was delivered. I was at home at the time it says it arrived. No packages were delivered to my house, there is no picture, no signature, I can’t even see what address it was delivered to. Utterly rubbish service.
