There needs to be a minus star rating for this bunch of wasters,multiple times they've stated "refused at the door"...no one's knock at my bloody door. Avoid at all cost,use DPD or another reputable company.

Tracking showing eating for collection for 6 days and still not arrived or tracking been updated ?? These are worse then Hermes total waste of time ! I wouldn't have given one star rating but wasn't able to rate 0 stars

Tracking never up to date. Can’t speak to anyone on line re collections only deliveries. Telephoned Yodel no help whatsoever.

I am grateful to the Yodel couriers who bring very heavy parcels to my door without complaint. If I'm not home they leave my parcel where I requested. Great service and I couldn't manage without them.
