Parcel on its way for a month now but still no joy. Impossible to speak to anyone, they don’t reply to emails, So frustrating. Company claim parcel is with Yodel, tracker says it has been returned - still trying to get s refund

Usual issue with Yodel. Says been delivered ... absolute tosh as yet again nothing arrived. Why companies still use this terrible service is questionable.

No communication with me at all address supposed to be wrong but it’s the one I use all the while and no problem not happy

Tracking info useless, only says collected 4 days after collection, very slow and inefficient. Other carriers are faster, better, cheaper and can use IT systems.
