No parcel delivered on said delivery date now can get anyone to tell me where my parcel is ! It’s a joke , delivery driver lied about leaving a card and said he tried to deliver , no he didn’t and now card was left

Rude courier, don’t even knock just shove a card through the door and leave parcel on doorstep even though I was in. Hermes all the way!

Awrful service suppose to have next day delivery to Tesco store Merthyr how can you say couldn’t access property it’s ope 24hr just a joke now says won’t be delivered til 31st August not a happy customer
