Apparently tried to deliver my parcel multiple times. Then sent it to depo 20miles from my house. I turned up the first day it was available to collect only to be told it's been returned to sender. I have cameras at the front and back of my house and can confirm that no delivery has ever been attempted

My parcel still hasn't been delivered JJD0002248558913295 you say it been delivered at 04.13 am which is nonsense no-one delivers or is up at this time please redeliver

Card left with no name on, I have absolutely no idea what the parcel is...if indeed it is even for me. Rang to speak to someone 12 times. Hung up on 11 times. Still waiting for mystery parcel. Awful service

Joke of a company. One parcel delivered of a two parcel order. Second parcel been at the depot for four days. Driver rude and unhelpful. Customer service an absolute joke. Avoid like the plague

I would give no stars but by default they get one for lying I was in doors waiting no one showed up or left a card YODEL WORST COURIER SERVICE IN BRITAIN
