Item marked as delivered, but I never received it, despite being in all day. Not the first time this has happened. Appalling service from this company, wouldn't recommend at all.

Real rubbish company. Stayed in all day and on site says the front door was obstructed, oh yes the gate. Very poor service, waited in for paint as wanted to paint my ceiling today. Contact the number on Amazon site to be told by recorded voice my package couldn’t be delivered and rebook delivery on site.

Absolute shambles they can’t find my address???? Unbelievable they tell me it doesn’t exist funny that its been here for 85 years in one of the busiest roads in Cardiff. But they insist we are a figment of our own imagination and not exist? Wow
