not great at all.... my parcel had arrived 2 days late and also was left outside without even knocking on my door luckily I see this done otherwise it could have been stolen thanks alot yodel

Still waiting for parcel, after driver claimed couldn't find my address!! Easy peasy on Google maps or Sat Nav!! Was told to be delivered today, but cannot track it! All a joke!! Can't give no stars, so gave one to allow review to go through!! Terrible service!!!

Followed tracking to say parcel would be with me Wednesday. Eventually tracking said driver couldn't find my address!! Unbelievable!! Got onto we chat, plenty of sorry, hopefully be delivered today, but cannot track!! How do they stay in business. Can't find my address!! Shakes head in disbelief!!

This company lies to you and quite frankly their customer service is diabolical. For two days I’ve now been waiting up til 9 at night after being told my package was on a van sent out.
