These guys are under staffed, under paid and they still try their best. I've had a parcel stuck with them for 10 days now. This is the only problem I've ever had with yodel in the last 5 years. The last 40+ times, it's been on time, the parcel is kept in great condition, and the local delivery driver is friendly They deserve 5 stars from me for always trying their best.

Terrible company - still waiting a week later for my parcel and can never speak to anyone. Would NOT recommend! Do not use! Wish I could give NO star rating!

Terrible service - couldn’t find us twice so gave up and didn’t contact us at all! When I rang it was an automated service which told me there was a problem with my parcel and that was it! Would never trust this service again.

Tracking is useless .just says parcel has been collected and on the way to them ...four days its been on the way.... Never again ...never ever again .terrible service..

Parcel details not on your tracking system for 3 days although was sent out on Friday. Have tried to get in touch but all operatives are busy!!!!
